A seafaring tradition,
in the heart of Seiano.

At “Cuoppo e non solo” the sea is not just an ingredient: it is our story, our daily life, our pride. Overlooking the Molo dei Pescatori of Seiano, we live every day to the rhythm of the seafaring village. The return of the boats, the scent of the salt air and the crates of catch arriving in the kitchen still dripping with seawater. This is where everything begins.

Our catch, zero kilometers

Our kitchen starts from a simple promise: to serve only what the sea gives us every day, in full respect of seasonality and traceability of the catch. We have been working with local fishermen for years. We know their boats, their hands and their habits. We choose the best fish, just a few hours after it has been pulled from the nets.

Neapolitan tradition and freedom

From the fried cuoppo prepared on the spot - with anchovies, squid and very fresh shrimp - to the great classics of the Neapolitan seafood tradition. Our Chef transforms the raw materials into dishes that combine memory and simplicity. We have combined the quality of a great cuisine with the freedom of a dynamic format: you can choose take-away to eat on the pier, the self-service area for an informal lunch, or sit with us for a special evening. All in a location that is not only by the sea, but that “lives on the sea”.

“Cuoppo e non solo…” was born this way: from the love for our land, from the bond with the seafarers of Seiano and from the desire to offer an authentic, sincere, unembellished experience. Cuoppo e non solo in Seiano is an absolutely must-visit stop! From the moment you arrive, the owners Marco and Patrizia make you feel right at home: they are ready to pamper you and recommend the best. We ate very well: all very fresh fish, perfectly cooked in respect of tradition but with that extra touch that makes the difference. The cuoppo is an explosion of flavors, light and crunchy, but the rest of the menu is just as good. Framing this unforgettable dinner is a stunning view that gives a perfect atmosphere to enjoy the evening in total relaxation. The verdict: excellent value for money, excellent food and human warmth. Thanks to Marco and Patrizia for the wonderful evening, we will definitely be back very soon! Highly recommended!

Excellent for food quality, for staff kindness and finally for the setting: the suggestive pier of the bay of Seiano, a nativity scene by the sea. With the gratifying feeling of contributing directly, without intermediaries, to the local fishing circuit. Our best compliments to those who launched and support this initiative, because they have shown that an informal and high-quality alternative to dining for a privileged few is possible!

There are evenings that move you, and the one at CUOPPO E NON SOLO at the pier of Seiano was just one of those. It wasn't just a simple dinner, but a true caress, cradled by the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. We started with arancini with sea flavor that are a small delicacy, you taste the real sea in every single bite, an explosion of freshness. And then the fried montanara finally as God commands, crunchy, dry, very light, those that leave no trace of grease, just so much goodness. The fish continued to amaze us. Both the spotted tuna and the sea bream fillet were spectacular, very high quality raw material cooked with simplicity and respect. But the real emotion came with the dessert. A salted caramel cheesecake to lose your head and a ricotta and Nutella tartlet that I would simply define heavenly. The ricotta is a cloud of flavor, so light and velvety that it melts in your mouth. If you are looking for true passion in the kitchen and the magic of the pier, stop here.

The mussels were delicious and personally I found the stuffed zucchini flower exquisite! My husband, who doesn't love fish, appreciated both the gnocchi and the parmigiana. An excellent bottle of white wine to accompany it all. Wonderful view. The lady who took the order was very kind. Perfect evening 🙏🙏🙏
